Don't trust this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Bikes are below standards and have issues. I suggest renting at a shop in person instead of trusting pictures online to see exactly what you'll be getting and the quality of the motorcycles. If you value your life, don't rent from this place. You'd be putting yourself in danger. In response to the owners reply, we had no idea in what condition the motorcycles should be and rented with the belief that the people working there wouldn't rent us motorcycles with a broken speedometer and messed up bike chain. Yes, there were damages but if the tires were in good condition as claimed, an accident would not have happened. We specifically rented those bikes to withstand long journeys and not so smooth terrain, yet, one encounter with rocks and the tire explodes? Oh and we were already past the rocky parts of the road when that happened. And of course it was our fault they said. Also, we booked the bikes separately yet they took 1000 pesos off the other person's deposit. We had no idea what the policy was and they just seemed to make stuff up as they went. They should have had us sign the papers separately instead of grouping us together when we had booked separately.

My Best bike rental Experience on Philippines. Guys helped me to choose a bike via WhatsApp. As result I got a whole new Yamaha Aerox. and what’s not unimportant - a new, not sweaty helmet) The bike was delivered immediately to the airport and I was able to leave Puerto Princesa in the direction of El Nido immediately. On the way back, the bike was picked up from the hotel where I stopped before departure. Amazing service! 3000 pesos were requested as security. All other bike rents asked for the deposit my pasport or 500.. Crazy.. the price is much lower than in el nido, but it is very difficult to get there in one day. I recommend to make a stop on the long beach in San Vincent) Thank you, guys! See you next year;)

(response ) i have photos and all. it’s just google wont let me upload photos. such a lier. I went there as a walk in. of course i dont have booking number but i have application and agreement. You are not the one who is talking infront of customer. what about about asking your employees about this. until now you did not return it. they promised to return it via jrs. . . also i am not the only one who lost an i.d to your shop. many more.. glad i didn’t give my passport just to lift the deposit fee. that would be a big trouble. . so for those who can read this. do not give your passport. they will make force to pay damage even no damage just to give your passport. edit (response) **Shop infront of the gasoline station/ airport gate. motorcycle plate number : J008824 i have picture of rental agreement. and phone conversation that you lost my i.d. . (original comment) we rented a motorcycle for a day. we give some amount for deposit and rental fee together with my ID. they insisted to give my passport to them and they will return it after we return the bike. But i refuse, instead i give my government valid i.d. When we return the bike they lost my ID.. they promise to return it via shipping company. 1 month after nothing happens. they dont answer my call and text anymore. . they dont care because they know we’re just a tourist.. such a terrible experience.

Hello everyone, This is the first time I have rented bikes from Theresa . The bikes have been in excellent condition with no issues at all. Theresa has been extremely helpful and friendly. Bikes can be picked up and dropped off anywhere in PP. I will definitely use Theresa’s services again!

Great service and price! We had the motorbike delivered to our hotel in Puerto Princesa, then over a week rode it up to El Nido and left it with our hotel where it was picked up. Full deposit repaid with no issues and the motorbike was near new with no problems whatsoever. It easily handled all the dirt roads Palawan had to offer. Highly recommend, great communication and price for the week! 2500 peso for pickup in El Nido, about 5000 peso for a week for good quality motorbike. 3000 deposit. Great adventure!
