Terrible customer service. My car broke down along Shell Edsa and I needed a Fan Belt. I called them to ask if I can purchase the part only since obviously I can’t bring the car at their repair shop. They were asking 1,500 that includes the normal labor if repaired at their shop and he said that they can’t sell it for the parts only. Suddenly after much debate He quickly replied that they can sell it for 1,200 PHP. I asked for a manager that I can talk to and he rudely replied “kumakain sya eh”.

Service is really good. The mechanic is very honest with the customer. Papalitan lang yung pyesa kung need nang palitan. General setup wala nang additional charges pa. Kudos to Rapide Timog! You've just gained a new loyal customer :) PS: Bigyan nyo ng tip yung mga mekaniko mababait sila pramis :)
