Illegal, pirate radio station. Operates openly because the owner, Ron Cruz, is a diehard Duterte supporter and has parasitical rapport with the local police. His more legit business, and what actually brought me to that location in the first place, was solar panel installation. That at least is above board. Be careful about making an inquiry, though. Asking him for a quotation is like buying stuff at a corner store. He'll insist on installing the system immediately and ask for cash up front. Be sure you've done your research into your solar system needs before even stepping inside his shop! Be ready to negotiate and to present an advantageous financing plan!
