They exaggerate defects, we spent half an hour trying to see and feel for dents indicated in their checklist, the serviceman even reported that my rear breaklight was broken but he simply did not know, that it had only 1 rear fog lamp. After washing my car with water the dents seemed to appear and disappear from the guy who was checking my 6 month old car that they already coated 6 months prior. They even said that after they do the maintenance coat, the dents would be more visible which is absurd if youre having your car maintained in the first place. So I took my car to Revolt which inspected my car thoroughly but did not identify the dents that Ziebart men were trying to convince me that I had on my car. Disappointed with this. I dont recommend Ziebart unless they fix this incompetence.
Great car cleaning and undercoat works.
Reliable service. Gets a bit crowded on Saturdays so need to come early. Send reminders when next service is due.
