Transitioning to plant-based diet is hard. If it was that easy, I should have done it many years ago.I just had the courage to do so last 8 months ago. I am also very thankful that nowadays, when it is such a challenge to find and cook vegan/vegetarian food there are dining spots that are there to save you like Veggie Guys. I love that it is not catering to purely vegans or vegetarians. Instead, Veggie Guys' goal is to bridge the gap between people who want to transition to a healthier lifestle and for foodies who want to eat comfort food / pulutan. That's why salad is not the star of their menu. The impression that plant-based is eating just veggies is not true. Veggie Guys is one testament to that. They target foodies who love to eat but this time it is good for the health. You know eating comfort food means guilt because it automatically means junk food and everything bad for the physical body. The isaw, Veggie pata, kare-kare, pizza, mac n cheese and tofu sisig of Veggie Guys won't do bad for your health.

If you are looking for a tasty vegan street food, here’s the place for you! I’ve heard about these guys as they are close to where I live and i’ve been intrigued how a vegan isaw would taste like. Tried it last week and it did not disappoint. Like hell, these really taste like isaw but healthier!! Tried also their Oyster mushroom fries and lemon basil cooler. Glad that they are also located in Malingap Central Food Hall that supports zero-waste eating. CLAYGO and reusable utensils, wooot. Hopefully, Veggie Guys will also have no plastic for take aways!

If your going vegan or want to try a meat free meal. Try Veggie Guys. Tried it, same as eating meat in a way.
