Sept 26, 2020 3:15 PM We are here at Toyota Cubao to issue checks as payment for a vehicle that we purchased. Sad to say were asked by the customer relations office to come back because the Auto Financing Rep is ONLY AVAILABLE from Mon to Fri. They suggested that we talk to our agent, but she resigned already. We asked for the Manager but she is NOT AVAILABLE bec its a Saturday according to the CRO on duty. The CRO is now trying to reach any member of the group to receive our PAYMENT. Why are you making it DIFFICULT for us. Kame pa ang nakikiusap para tanggapin nyo yung payment. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? Toyota Cubao deserves to be number 1 in POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sayang. Jojo Rivera
