Great place! Quiet living. Love the big lawn. The view on the rooftop is awesome too. Update: as of DEC 3, 2020, i've added pictures of our gym, the Christmassy MPH and the view in the actually hall where you can study/hold events; and the newly opened salon that also offers massages! I have also included my favorite slide (it's a children's playground but I like it a lot) and the basketball court. The staff are very kind and accommodating. It's just beside Ever Gotesco. Like literally 2.5 minutes away from the gate if you're a slow Walker and about a minute if you walk fast. Each room (even studio ones) have a small balcony. Great for plants! They're also pet friendly. There's a playground, a yoga box, a pool (though it's not functional yet, probs bec of COVID), a Multi-purpose area with gym, art studio, common area with home theater (that you can reserve for you and your friends or family), a studio with complete musical instruments, and the MPH room that can be used as a study hall. Plus a basketball court! Anyway, this is so unstructured and I also lack some pictures (bec i get shy taking them when there's staff around me) but I hope this helped

Safe. Quiet. Convenient. Staff here are professional, friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I always felt welcome and enjoyed my time while I was there. Everything you would need is a walks away and the area is fairly quiet at night.

Very nice low rise condo right next to Ever Gotesco Mall. Our functional Studio has a big full size balcony with a greenery view and 24sqm in total. We wait for the amenities to be finished. Century - the developer -plans a cinema room, a party room with kitchen, a basketball court and of course a swimming pool. Compared to other developers in Metro Manila sofar I am impressed. They seem to be the actual good guys ;-).

Facilities are great and there is something for everyone, from oldest to youngest. Swimming pools, gymnasium. Security is excellent.

This property I visit to look for a condo. Shape so odds. Fengshui not done properly. I would say this is not so suitable for a couple but maybe just yourself one person with no issue. Take a note of their washing area to place the washing machine. All units are so tiny where to put the washing machine. Where to hang the clothes. The developer design many properties just for profit but not for a good living condition. I definitely will not go for any century properties development projects after the agent told me this was one of the best development. What could the rest be.
