Very accomodating and kind staff. The guards are very helpful when it comes to asking directions and the house keepers are willing to help in any way they can. Would stay here again. The dorm is also close to many popular hotspota for young kids.

Had been to this place for almost 4 years. The rooms where quite big and bathroom where kept very clean, the common areas where cleaned twice a day if not more. And you have the facilities of a basic kitchen if you are trying to save money of eating out... The best part they have an excellent Staffs , very kind and helpful.. Feels like your not away from home , they will treat you as a family. I love Terraza Azul Dormitory ...

We stayed at Terraza only for a few days and we actually wished we could have stayed longer! We had to go back to our province for Christmas, that's why. More than the cozy place, it's actually the warmth of the people that made us missed the place. Oh, and I will never forget the laundry shop inside the place itself! We needed not to think of where to go to sort out our clothes, wash and all. It definitely made our lives easier! Definitely two thumbs up for this place!

For months or even years before my Bar exam, I dreaded taking it not only because it is one of the most difficult exams but also because I would have no choice but to live in Manila. It was specially hard for me because I have never lived away from my family my whole life. My family and I were so anxious about so many things - food, water, groceries, laundry, room cleaning to name a few. However, as I look back to my actual Bar review and exam experience in Manila, I'd say we worried unnecessarily because in Terraza Azul, everything was convenient and accessible, not to mention, I felt that I gained a family, too. Thank you very much for making my Bar days in Manila more bearable. You are a part of my success in passing it
