Small terminal for too many passengers. This is the terminal for ORDINARY buses. Their other terminal, the one that is much bigger, in Northbound Cubao was ordered closed so expect huge number of passengers in this very small terminal.

Travel time took ages, normally it will take 8 hours or less for other bus company going to bicol province. But this one took more than 10 hours.

Nice people from Bus drivers and conductors. I am diabetic and i need to pee at least 5 times on my way back and forth San Andress Quezon and they patiently serves me as i need it. I can also commend the security guards who is so helpful and very polite.

Hated this ride. Terrible services, terrible seating, terrible schedule for the buses. Our bus broke down and we sat and waited for 45 minutes for them to tell us to transfer buses. After we got off the bus we waited for another 45 minutes to board another bus. Our 8 our bus ride from Daet to Cubao took 14 hours. You won’t see me on these buses again. Zero stars if I could
