This company (Studio 1 Photography) can be considered as a scammer. First, the salesperson in the wedding expo promised me that I'll get an extra parent album for free if I book their service right there and then. Only to find out that it's not officially authorized by their management. Second, my wedding was 3 years ago. I've submitted the pictures and fully paid for the wedding album and video. I never got a reply from their post-production staff through email and nobody's answering their phone . After 6 months, my brother personally went to their office to follow up. Only to find out that the staff who were supposed to be working on our album/video (or probably half of their staff) have resigned!!! It's very disappointing! Please find other refutable professional photography studio (company) to cover your important events to avoid big headache and getting robbed/ripped off.

It has been 1 year and 6 months since our wedding but we still haven’t gotten our wedding album. We went to your office 6 months ago to follow up our album but until now promises are still promises. Also, you gave us a number that nobody is answering. What is wrong with you Studio1? We trusted you with our once in a lifetime event but you disappointed us.

No ample words to describe how ecstatic we are seeing the output of Studio1 during our wedding last November 16, 2019. We felt the professionalism, passion, dedication and love to their clients through their outputs. All are worth it from sde, outputs down to all services and materials offered. Truly they made the memories of our wedding something to always look back to. We will never get tired reminiscing while staring at our prenup/wedding albums and watching our SDE and full wedding coverage over and over again. Thank you once again Studio 1 for being a great part of the first ever event of our lives as one. Indeed... Your team made our wedding look extremely magical with various angles that captured priceless moments and emotions of our dear guest, family and most especially us. Kudos studio 1! Not recommended. The good works of their photographers are all well ignored because of the poor management and lack of commitment. They promised to give the pictures and all more than a year ago and until now, we have not gotten anything from them other than additional promise that they will provide on other dates. I have given them one last change and if they could not comply, I will sue them. For all those who planned to get this studio to cover your special date, it is not recommended at all. Consider other studion.

Quality of shots are relatively good considering the price point. Photographers were professional and on-time. I want to give them 4 stars but we still have no feedback about our albums 18 months after our wedding (5/7/2017). Also, they weren't able to provide the digital copy of our photo booth pictures. It seems post-event activities are not their priority.

Most of the comments below are the experience we are getting right now. Already submitted everything they need but since December of 2018 to now, had to consistently follow up for the final lay out of the photos. Managers kept making empty promises that they will call, text or email you back but to no avail. Series of follow ups by text, call or email but they are not keeping tabs. Seems like they don’t value their customers at all.
