The facilities are clean and they provide the latest technology for x-rays, CT scan etc. I was pretty surprised for a public hospital to have those.

One particular staff stands out. Giving above and beyond service. Her name is SANDRA REMON AUTOR. She deserves praise and raise.

Interns will assist you and it took approximately 7 hours before they would attend to your needs. Well I guess, I'm just not a priority. Poor service and facilities.

I have had my checkups here. I have also brought and or directed patients here. It is one hospital I would recommend to everyone. Their services are commendable. Some parts of the hospital, though, needs some renovation and some spaces should be maximized or utilized to the fullest.

Long story short, I had a really bad experience coming to this hospital. The story: I first went to the OPD which was obviously packed with people. I got listed and then waited... for 5 hours! When it was my turn, I told the intern I had pain near my shoulder and couldn't breathe well. The exam was performed by the intern. I was not even checked by the actual doctor and after a blood test and a few more tests, they sent me home with a prescription of hydration salts...why? The next day we went to the emergency room because now, my entire chest was hurting and it was hard to breathe. The guard asked us what the problem was and told us to go to the OPD. We told him I can barely walk so, I was allowed to enter. I was was checked and listed and told to wait at the end of the room. 1 hour passed and nobody came so, my brother went around and looked for a doctor which eventually attended to us. The doctor checked my lungs and did an expensive blood test and said it was probably just costochondritis. I was prescribed pain killers and about to be discharged when I reminded the doctor about my past medical issues and that's the only time she requested an xray. Another hour later and the results were in: nothing she says, and only remarked that I had white spots on my lungs and recommended a sputum test. So, we went home with pain killer and paracetamol prescriptions only. That night, my symptoms got worse and we decided to go to Chinese General Hospital ER. There, they x-rayed me and found that I had Pneumonia and was prescribed with the proper medication. It was expensive, but now I'm feeling much better. Maybe I was just dealt with by the wrong people, but I certainly would never go back there again.

Overall, it is a good hospital but security in the area is \super duper very\ tight. As much as possible don't bring bags unless everything inside is needed. Also, bring valid ID when visiting.
