They should handle requests for warranty better and with more details for the customer. Even better, they can improve on their battery warranty policy as they didn't have a facility at the shop to check if your battery was faulty enough to warrant an immediate replacement. The battery had to be sent to their factory for checking (at least 2 weeks). But they do check your battery thoroughly after purchase and/or replacement.

This is a very good battery. Battery life exceeds the warranty time twice. Service is great. Employees are very helpful at the outlast battery store at N. Domingo st. Q. C. Look for Bernie.
