The place is vibrant and they have leather couches. The receptionist is not available when we came. We need to wait for staff to notice us outside. The xiao long bao is awesome however, the wrappers break easily. The sola drink is very expensive for it's prize. Pork buns are okay but the filling is small. Deep fried chicken is krispy but somehow it is very dry. Beef noodles with braised beef is so beefy and the beef is tender. They don't service charge so it is good to know. Overall the experience is quite good but not too impressive.

The Chinese restaurant is part of the Bistro group. So use your Bistro card if you have one. Service is actually quite good from the receptionist all the way to dining staff. Attentive staff who checks on you once in a while to make sure everything is Ok. Food is good although serving size is a bit small. Table are designed for big grouping but easy to get seats for 2. Had slight problem with mosquitoes with our table beside the entrance but aside from that its a good place to visit.

Not so modern. The food tastes ok... Nothing spectacular. Their Shao long bau's are stuck to the paper, so soup spill is inevitable. A bit pricey, but not worth the dine-in in my opinion. Orders are so slow, considering the place is not that packed. Orders came in one at a time, so we couldn't really enjoy the experience (rice came first, it got cold, and then dishes came 10mins later, 1 at a time). The cooks are slow... How do I know? Our table is beside the kitchen and I can see how they work... To give an example, we ordered roasted pork at 1pm... At 145pm, the order is not yet in and you can see the pork just hanging by the roastery section. We inquired, cook forgot, and so we cancelled. Talk about efficiency Not recommended if you want good family time and food. But if you want Shao long bau and dimsum fix, its ok. The servers are snobbish, except for this one server who was really attentive. I hope management does something about this. You guys can try, and I hope you will have a better experience than what I had. In conclusion, I will definitely NOT repeat. There are better options.

Saw this place and had high expectations since they have premium price over their competition. Ordered the crispy seafood noodles and got 3 tiny frozen shrimps, pinky size imitation crab meat and 3 frozen calamari rings. Don't order this one. I have high expectations since it was new and priced higher compare to other real chinese restaurants. Other restaurants in banawe have much better offerings and taste compared to this place. The 2 stars I gave is for their tea and my attentive server. There are also not a lot of people and its pretty quiet The spare ribs tasted like pares without the color. star anise is overpowering. Shiumai are mediocre, and way too seasoned. To management who is reading this, if you will charge premium prices, at least put premium ingredients. Your noodles is 400 pesos and your 3 tiny frozen shrimps and not deveined is unacceptable. Also their food is too salty and had too much MSG. That is why you have soy sauce on every table so if your food needs more seasoning, customers could add more to their liking. Food delivery is also slow and there are only 2 occupied tables. This will be my first and last going to this place. Competition has better prices and taste. Luk foo, king chef, tim ho wan and causeway are way much better in every way. You would only go here if you like to have a quiet meal since most chinese restaurants are too crowded.
