MANLOLOKO! FRAUDULENT INSURANCE! PLEASE DO NOT BUY A PLAN... WE BOUGHT A FAMILY INSURANCE, DIAMOND PLAN. THE SALES MANAGER TOLD US THE INSURANCE WILL COVER ALL OUR FAMILY'S OPD CHECK UPS,ER FEES, AND IN PATIENT HOSPITALIZATION. BUT WHEN I WAS BROUGHT TO ER THEY TOLD US I WAS NOT COVERED BECAUSE I WAS ONLY THE DEPENDENT. THEY TOLD US THAT THE PRIMARY CARD HOLDER IS THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL GET THE INSURANCE. WE ENDED UP PAYING OUR WHOLE ER BILL. IN THE CONTRACT, DEPENDENTS WERE COVERED WITH EYES, EAR, AND NOSE TREATMENT. BUT WHEN I HAD MY EAR CLEANED WHEN WE WENT TO OPD, THEY DECLINED OUT CLAIM. THEY SAID AURAL CLEANING IS NOT COVERED! SUPER MANLOLOKO! I WISH THEY WILL GIVE OUR MONEY BACK. WE PAID IN FULL ALREADY...SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED!!

I was deceived when I was being motivated to buy their insurance plan. At the end of all the talk that I heard what were left in my mind are \savings and investment\ and that during the maturity period I can get my money back. This is on the note that \this is the only medical insurance that guarantees you investment and the lesser claims a policy holder makes the more benefit/money can be claimed at the end of the paying period\, as what their sales agent told me. So I gave it a go and later my policy arrived after probably 2months. I was not able to read immediately because I am a very busy person and only to find out lately that there was no such a provision in the contract. All are about medical claims and who needs their medical assistance when I already have one. Also I tried calling their hotline, nobody answers!!! So please beware....manloloko sila makabenta lang!
Signed up for a 6 month plan in August 2018 - to try it out and due to the hard-selling of sales personnel. We were told they will let us know when our policy is ready. After we called them after a month of calls to them asking they said it still not ready. And we called them month after month until came end of January we got them. And the policy still states - starts at August 2018 and ends in February! Wow! We paid for 6 months and instead we get less than 1 month left. So we checked Medocare's list of participating Dental Offices. We called 5 in Quezon City and 2 in Manila where we are near. They all said - we all stopped participating in Medocare. Wow! Red flag again! Sales representative called us asking if we want to extend our plan. We declined and she asks why. We said 1. Inefficiency of your staff as we got the policy very late with only less than a month remaining. 2. All the dental offices in the list of accredited Medocare plans have stopped participating. She insinuated that we may have called clinics NOT in the list. We debated why should we call something that is not in their list. She then asks what they are all so they can update the list. Helloooo! It is Medocare's job to keep their list up-to-date and not the customer's job. Another red flag! We signed up due to the number of 5 and 4 star reviews in google. It seems they are all a fake as 1. They have have inefficient, ignorant and rude personnel. 2. A lot of clinics stopped participating in them. 3. Expensive for terrible service. BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN-UP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
