Staff is well mannered and will answer as promptly as possible. My PMS took about 4 hrs since it was for 20K and it was a major PMS as I was told. I was also informed properly on what work will be done on my car as well as possible deductions to the cost depending on the state of the parts involved. In the end my PMS cost me Php7000 less than was initially estimated. I was given discounts as well for my patronage.

Very bad. 16 days to get a diagnosis for a car. It is unbelievable. 4 weeks lead time for spare parts. 4 weeks for a synchroniser sleeve and shift fork. KIA Sucks!
