We ordered the mix bilao and the food tasted good. The lechon belly was quite pricey for 1000 pesos for a kilo. The meat tasted good but the skin was not crispy. I think one of the best tasting dish on the menu was the adobong talong. The kare-kare, sinigang na hipon also was good. Overall the staff were accommodating and friendly and they even sang to me for my birthday!

I was happy they opened a branch at SMNorth.. i once dined at their Trinoma Branch. I wanted to taste their crispy pata, but i opt for their cebu lechon belly and it was delicious. I liked their ginisang kangkong... coz it taste like home. As a bisdak myself i am always on a look out for bisaya restos here in the metro. Because I have to admit.. bisaya food is way more tastier then tagalog food (i maybe bias) but really, their lechon belly is yummy and love their kangkong. I was able to taste their pork adobo before at their trinoma branch and yes, it does taste bisaya... so if youre looking for authentic bisdak meal.. Hukad is diffenately the resto who should go Btw why only 4 star? Although the lechon belly is yummy. It lacks something... its not really super yummy. But it is yummy.

It was our first time to dine here and didnt expect that it'll turn out good. Not the best but it's refreshing to see how they created an ambience that has Filipino trademarks.
