It took 3 months for the Forex cargo to deliver the box I sent to them. My agent asked the LA office about the price for jumbo box bound for Catanduanes. It was higher than the Visayas bound quotation. The cargo was in QC warehouse for 2 weeks. It happened twice for me.

I would not reccommed this forex ..ill send my box to thier agent before november.2020.i recieve in my tracking code info...february 2021 na box ko po nasa seattle u.s.a ..hanggang ngayun di pa rin na deliver sa lugar namin sa asturias cebu .....almost 6 months ..wow ..grabi ...kaming nagpadala ng box ..gusto namin panatag loob namin sa box na pinadala namin ..kahit sabihin kakapiranggot lng pinadala namin pero pinaghihirapan namin yan ...kaya sana responsable sana kayo forex.at pati agent nyo ..kaya i would not recommend this forex sa mga kagaya kong mga pilipino nga nagpapadala ng box din
Nakakainis magpadala sa forex. Super bagal ng delivery nila grabe. Kung ganyan kayo ng ganyan eh lulubog ang business ninyo. Wala ng customer na magpapadala sa inyo. Customer service, it sucks also. Tawagan mo ang warehouse nila, walang pumi-pick up ng call to assist the customers. Hay grabe talaga truly disappointing ang serbisyo ng forex. Hindi sila reliable na company when it comes sa mga cargo boxes. Time to switch to LBC. Kahit medyo mahal at least mas reliable sila.
9 na dpat andito na sa ISABELA yung FOREX BOX namin bat ang gang ngayun wala please follow up may pacage. Super tagal kailangan namin gamit nmin dyan pra sa school
