This pedestrian footbridge (overpass or elevated walkway) allows pedestrians to cross EDSA near the Balintawak Cloverleaf-NLEX Interchange at the Quezon City-Caloocan City boundary. One side of the stairways landing is beside the Balintawak Market while the opposite side landing is a vacant lot. This footbridge and other elevated walkways along EDSA will be upgraded with roof coverings, escalators, elevators and other amenities as part of the EDSA Greenways Project of the Department of Transportation. The Asian Development Bank is providing technical assistance and financing for the overall project.
