Dra. Chloe Miranda cannot give an EXACT estimated price for surgery coz she said that she wouldn't know how difficult the procedure yet. This is my first time to encounter a medical practitioner who cannot assess the exact fee for a dental procedure after seeing a patient. What's the use of going to med school if she cannot discern on the spot how difficult the procedure would be??!! Chloe Miranda is a very transactional type of medical practitioner also. She's not accommodating and does not listen to her patient's needs. I requested for a med certificate but she dismissed and reasoned that l would fine. She just does not care but eager to take your payment. I also asked if there's a medicine to ease the bleeding. She just advised to firmly bite a cotton. Really??? Chloe, do you really think that a cotton itself would stop the bleeding?!?!
