Not joining the hype, but their brown sugar Milk tea, is the best I've tried!! Better than the one I had in Taiwan!! I'd probably be back here later for more. If you want some peace and quiet, you might opt to stay on the 2nd floor. The first floor is usually filled with groups of friends or families. It's just a very small place, given that situation the area makes every sound too noisy. Although the 2nd floor is open air and will not be favorable during summer.

chachago taro with milk is okay while the chicken thigh yakitori is meh but the chizu yakitori is super good
I would say they have good milk tea, but the service in this branch is terrible. Staff are slow and they don't have the paging device when ones order is ready.
