The Caucus of Development NGO Networks (CODE-NGO) is one of the largest coalition of civil society organizations (CSOs) working for social development, with its 6 national networks and 6 regional networks representing more than 1,600 development NGOs, people’s organizations (POs) and cooperatives from across the Philippines. For the past 26 years, CODE-NGO and its members has been a consistent advocate for transparency and social accountability in the government and in the CSO sector. In the more recent years, the organization focused on the promotion of participatory governance, data access towards accountable governance, disaster risk reduction and management, strengthening of the capacities of CSOs and empowering the CSOs to be part of the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals.
