Nice subdivision, streets are a bit narrow

This one of the actively developing areas within Quezon city. Lots of residential villages and also lots of commercial activity along the main road connecting the area to commonwealth avenue. The area provides an alternate route if you want to avoid traffic along commonwealth avenue. The place is relatively quiet except for the main road which is busy with traffic 24 hours everyday.

Main gate is under repair. Guards are not that vigilant. DEHHA has this stupid rule that if you don't have a sticker, you have to take Gate 2, which is far down Don Antonio, which has heavy traffic most of the time. Very inconvenient for visitors and those who are taking cabs and Grab. Also, clubhouse has no pool. Park is not maintained that well. Some main roads are pothole ridden. There have been several cases of kidnappings, burglary and muggings inside the village. Angelica Panganiban used to live here.
