Have been going to the Katipunan branch for more than 10 years. They really take care of you. They're honest about what's best for you, so don't be afraid to ask for their opinion about their products and the services they offer. The staff is well trained, and not noisy. They stay at their break room when not working (and not linger near the wash area and talk aloud, like in other parlors, front desk peeps are very accommodating.
Very happy with my haircut here and the service I received.
