The new Ariake moved right across the former site. It is a modernized building with same menu. We ordered the Crunchy Tuna, Firecracker Roll, Uni Sashimi, Seafood Ramen, and Butteryaki Oyster since the baked version is not available. Not impressed with the battered oysters. It is soggy and too salty. Ariake undoubtedly kept the most modest pricing of Japanese food in the area. The staff efficiency is praise-worthy and orders arrive in no time.

I have only eaten here once, so far. Serving portions and quality of the food/meal is worth the price. We ordered different dishes (sushi and variation of rolls). I ordered the Special Bento (comes with soup and iced tea). I was quite surprised how big the bento is. Will go back if I'm around Tomas morato area again and craving for good Japanese food.

Nice food and inexpensive. Not exciting though.

Great food for a fair price. When you think of something japanese, this must be the place!

Terrible service. Lacking air conditioning was the first thing I noticed walking into the restaurant. I have a soy allergy so I informed the waiter, but still got a sashimi order with soy in it. Additionally, the sushi did not taste fresh and looked to be put together poorly. I do not recommend this place.
