2 weeks of absolute hell dealing with this company... They will delay, delay, delay then refuse to do anything about their defective products. Over two dozen phone calls with the manager Mark and the service company which used 4 different phone numbers... after all of these phone calls they said \sorry sir but you purchased the item.. we can't return it.\ They are stealing and ripping off their customers and leaving them with defective products.
