Former A1 student. The Training Center is located inside a residential area which may be hard to reach. It's better to take a tricycle from Fairview Center Mall to get there quicker. The training center has facilities that are good for beginner drivers. You can practice driving techniques especially driving uphill with the sloping area going inside the compound.
