Marnie was a dream to work with. She was pleasant and prompt to reply and everything was smooth sailing with her. She was able to give effective solutions when we encountered problems (reprinting of entourage card) and would even work with our schedule for pick-up of items even if it meant staying later than office hours. My only (minor) concern was that the sideburns on the cartoon icon of my fiance found on the blind emboss of the envelope got cut or was removed. Apart from this, I am more than happy to recommend Printsonalities to my friends and family with the same requirements.
This is the best invite print and design shop! We went to a lot and couldn't find the one with the right vibe and artistry as Printsonalities. The collaboration and partnership was exactly what we were looking for. Ours was quite tedious since we really poured our heart into it so it had undergone quite a few revisions but in the end... they nailed it An invite to remember!!!
While the speed of the design process and revisions was quite fast, I felt the artist needed specific instructions before they got the direction I wanted. I had to prepare a powerpoint presentation just to get them to understand what I wanted. Despite this, I was very satisfied because I had several revisions and the account manager made me feel that these were okay and acceptable even though I made some last minute requests. Camille was very helpful and accommodating.
Louise is an amazing asset in your company. She made it so easy for us. And we're doing most of our transactions online (be email) which is very convenient for us since we are living abroad.
Pleasure working with and coordinating with the Printsonalities team. Very professional and quick to act. Also keeps on suggesting good ideas without undermining those from their Clients. Would recommend this team to all our friends who will be getting married.
I had searched far and wide to find the perfect place to create our wedding invitations and when I came across the Printsonalities website, I knew straight away that I wanted them to create ours. From the very beginning, I felt well looked after and all responses to my queries were answered promptly and no request was too big to ask of them. I was so delighted and impressed and truly excited to see our dream invitations be brought to life. They even catered to my request to have the invitations urgently printed in order to meet a deadline for my Mom to bring them back home with her to Sydney.
