After having me wait for 1.5hrs for my order, This branch forgot to include 3 important items from the 8 food items that were suppose to be delivered . I called the hotline to complain about the missing items . After several hours the store manager calls me up to apologize . Apparently, if I didnt complain the store would not even know na kulang ang dineliver nila! That is unheard off! For apology, he just said they will deliver the missing item. I think it is the responsibility of the manager to make sure that all items ordered, since they were paid for , are delivered. So if I didnt complain, what will happen to the items that were not delivered? I will never order from this store again!
