I came at the reception early in the morning for the scheduled appointment, after a while I asked one of the personnel at the reception and she was so irritated and unprofessional when she assisting me and I was only asking her humbly about my concerns. I remember she had a boyish type of haircut and she was maybe around her 40's.

During this pandemic they are open from 10am to 4:30pm. Though they had a system down issue, It was a fast transaction (ID renewal). My friend took 30mins to finish their transaction. I took a little longer because of the server system down issue. Some clients opted to comeback tge next day, I stayed believing it'll be up in running soon. TRUE enough, afyer doing my grocery (1hour), it was done. Thanks PRC. Though I was hoping CPD units were no longer required, they still asked for it. So guys be ready with your CPD credits.

Service is fast but it doesn't follows PRC website's scheduling. I have a scheduled appointment at 10-11am, but they only opens at 11am (same with mall opening). If you have arrived on time, you still need to wait outside the mall until 11am.

Processing was faster than expected. It would help paying your dues online then just make sure you have all the requirements before coming in for whatever purpose. The whole process took less than ten minutes and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you and keep it up.

I got my PRC id in 10 minutes. For fast renewal you must pay online or thru bank before you proceed to the PRC office. Thumbs up

Went around 2pm. Very courteous staff. No lines at all. Received my ID (renewal) less than 20mins. Happy with the service.
