One of the worst condo in terms of property management and services!
No Amenities after living here for years and paying for Association Dues. Management is inept, incompetent, rude and unreliable. The Property Manager seems to be power tripping all the time, very rude and not approachable. Acts like she owns the place. Convenience of location is not worth it. 5 stars... yeah right
Three minutes away from the MRT, the mall, and a few walks away from Bayanihan Center, plus other \exotic\ food places and food factories. I will miss living here. The only thing I wish this area would have are gardens, trees, and greens.
Dues are too expensive to think there are no amenities. No swimming pool. No gym. No guest parking. Before, garbage are collected just outside the unit (morning and evening). Now, homeowners/tenants need to go down and throw their own garbage to the garbage area. But the price dues remains the same.
This Pioneer Woodland was always posted on my group page in Facebook for call center. I hope that this place is nice and have all the necessary needs of people that will be buying a unit. I'm just concern about the people who's under my group page. But somehow I'm also willing so maybe some other time.
Good location, good elevators, No amenities , low quality
The Agents here are liars and will just give you false promises. They are not transparent and will only take advantage of you so please beware. Their developer Empire East Holdings have been doing this kind of business even in the past. They have been reported previously on TV Patrol. This condo project has been given by HLURB a Cease and Desist Order since Oct 14, 2013 and has still not yet been lifted. Don't trust their sweet talks and promises because after you have already given your hard earned money, their agents will be hard to contact and will just ignore you. I have experience it first hand.
