Dr. Andrew Pineda is best hair transplant surgeon in the country. I gave him five stars because of five main points below. 1. Responsiveness. He himself will consult with the patient and explain it to you in detail the procedure to the patient. Since he has been doing hair transplant for some time already (with practice in the US), he has the sufficient expertise to assess your current situation. In some clinics, they will employ marketing agents to cajole you with marketting gimmicks to avail of their services. these agents do not have any medical background and lack the medical expertise to adequately assess your hair loss situation. He also explains the procedure very well considering his medical background, unlike the aforementioned agents who only memorize and regurgitate what the surgeon told them to say. Dr. Pineda also replies to your queries as soon as possible. 2. Price. The price is reasonable and the price he gives is the best price you can get for the quality of his service. 3. Accommodating staff. the assistants are accommodating and friendly. they will answer all your queries during the procedure. 4. Procedure. The procedure is painless and comfortable. The assistants constantly check if there is pain so they can add anesthesia. They will provide you food during break time. 5. Post op care. they explain the post op care very well and they will provide you written instructions with cleaning kits and medicine. if you have any further questions, you can message Dr. Pineda about the post op care and he will reply as soon as he can. 6. Expertise. Dr. Pineda knows how to design hairlines. he explained to me what makes a good hairline which depends on a lot of factors such as the shape of your head, ethnicity, etc.

Had a transplant back in July 2019. I’m providing a Review in December 2019. Surgery went well . Some scarring in the back but the front of hair looks good. Payment was a bit of task but Dr. Pineda was very accommodating and patient. Surgery took an extra hour due to my scalp bleeding easily and pain was manageable. Post care was easy just dab with Sponge, use shampoo, and light rinse, avoid use shower. Hair growth was good after first fallout then new growth. Coverage is fair. I would like to do another round of surgery for more coverage but I think the method he used was good to allow optimal growth and blood supply to roots. I like my results for the value I paid which was much cheaper than paying in the US. I highly recommend him. The only thing they need to do better is to explain the realistic expectations, provide more details on paying ahead of time, also should try to address any vitamin deficiencies patient might have. I had some vitamin D deficiency which was likely cause of my dandruff. Last, they need to provide more detail and explanation about post care.
