Offers a great view of Bataan especially in the late afternoon (before the facility closes at 5pm). Also a good place to learn about the rich history of Bataan during the war. Note: We were able to reach the place with a 1.3 CVT so the place should be accessible to most cars if you're planning on bringing one. The place reopened recently and there's only a few people present near closing time. Elevator was not available/accessible during our visit.

I'm still in awe as this was my first time to go in this place! I am only seeing this huge cross with our textbooks way back in Elementary and High School days The best and commanding view of Bataan is on this site where you can see Metro Manila from a great distance. The cool and nostalgic setting of this holy shrine emphasizes to us the importance of Remembrance, Gratitude, and Courage to look back and honor our War Veterans, especially those who have died during the Second World War in the Philippines. The zigzag road from the mountainside is a thrilling experience due to its steep yet safe location. Be sure to enjoy the breeze of fresh air as you go higher and the trees grow taller. A historical place and beautiful memorial. The drive up was scenic, we opened our windows and took in the sounds of birds.
