We purchased a copier (3 in one printer last May from salesperson, Anthony), we agreed to leave the unit at the store until the renovation is completed. We finally picked up the unit in December, however, the unit that was given to use had a different serial number. We called the office to advise that the unit that was given was not the correct unit, and the unit does not work (defective). The office was not cooperative while on the phone. We went to the office the same day the complain, and they advised that the unit was sold to someone else, what?????????? kind of a business are you running? How frustrating is that? This is definitely Fraud and Thievery.
