for blood donors make a call before you go there because they don't accept blood donor most of the time...the donation of blood is once a week only or once every 2 weeks...thanks me later..

Some\ incompetent staff had this unwelcoming attitude, lousy and lack of compassion towards the guests who paid for the training. In addition, this incompetent staff is a liar claiming something that does not even exist or written in an agreement. This staff should not be in that position and in Redcross, for all I know, redcross trained personnel should have a lenghty patience, friendly, had a warm attitude and other wonderful values. Too bad, this staff was opppsite.
