The Philippine American Guardian Association, Inc. (PAGA) serves the needs of Filipino Amerasian children and their families. PAGA, with headquarters in Metro Manila, Philippines, is licensed to operate as a social welfare agency implementing community-based programs for children, youth and family by the Department of Social Welfare and Development and accredited by the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) as a donee institution. PAGA operates with a lean organization of trained and skilled social workers and office staff. Our active Board of Trustees works on a voluntary basis and guides the organization. Our funding comes from membership dues, recurring and one-time donations, and trust funds. PAGA has a huge opportunity to expand the scope of its services to other locations in outlying provinces, contingent on the ability to raise additional funds. We are constantly seeking support from the community for our efforts to improve the situations of our beneficiaries, and to grow the number of beneficiaries served.
