The line takes forever! There are few clients but the process for each client takes around 30 mins to 1 hour and there are few staff to accommodate their clients. They are nice and plane ticket is cheaper when you book through their office compared to online booking. Unfortunately, you have to allot two hours or more for your turn, and another 30mins or more to finish the process of finalizing your flight.

It was my first time to visit the place in the Makati district. However, I parked on the garage's 5th level (the guard not specifying the roof!). I'm forced to take the stairs to & from the office w/out an elevator. The female clerk was friendly. There's no health test needed before boarding the flight as according to her. She didn't have the info on LAX's social restrictions, which I was told to contact either the airport or the US embassy. I left as I needed time to think over. I was planning to fly over to LA before Thanksgiving, but office work hampered my efforts. Thus, I'd try doing so on next month's first week.

While I visited on a Monday, I noticed that it is not full of people. Transaction went smoothly as I enjoy the place for its quiet and comfortable ambience.

I were here today, Actually the services is great, they’re very helpful and attentive. Its correct that the average service time per customer is 30-45mins, its normal in my thought. Suggested visit hours is between 9am-10am to avoid the long queue of 1-2hours wait. I only spend 15mins of waiting. Great Job PR!
