Perfect place for events, whether that be birthdays, wedding receptions, meetings, or even the Feast just like what I've posted in the photo. There are ample amount of parking space as well. And if you are planning to have a wedding, there is Sta Rita Church nearby. There is also swimming pool where both kids and adult can enjoy. However this is exclusive for homeowners of Philam Homes Subdivision. You can enter though, but you have to leave an ID by the gate with the guards

The newly renovated Philam Clubhouse is a very nice venue for special celebrations. It's relatively cheap, has ample parking spaces and a pool area too.
Likes: - Accessibility, near Edsa - Parking is easier compared to other events place - Place is enough for 100 pax To improve: - Lighting is very poor here (or have something to do with the lights and sounds my friend hired?) - Comfort room not so clean.
A nice venue in Quezon City area. You can rent a place for party events even rent the swimming pool for you summer party. Cost is just average considering the location and the parking slot available for you guest.

The Philam Clubhouse was recently renovated. The pool is now fully operational. The Clubhouse has a playground for kids, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a football pitch.
