Monday I called at qualimed Opthalmology clinic for an appointment for my daughter but sec. told me it should be one wk advance to set an appointment then she told me to just walk in cause there's another Dr. available for Wed. I called while I'm on my way to confirm if consultation is already on going and sec. replied yes and when we got there, Dra. suddenly rejected us for she will be late for her meeting..she should have told her sec. earlier that she has a meeting so sec. can inform those patients (who will call to confirm clinic sched) not to proceed to their clinic anymore so as not to waste time/fare and reject them when they are at the clinic already..she was very inconsiderate to just reject us even if it's not our fault that they had not told me there's a cut-off already when I called before arriving at the clinic..but thanks to her I've found right away a great & very nice pedia optha at American eye center
