The guy opened the door like he had no idea we had schedule a cat grooming with him... so perhaps there was some confusion between more than one person working there. But once it was sorted, he was like, "Oh yeah, I love cats." and our cat loved him back. He was very professional and good. (We watched the whole thing from the little window out front.) The cat was pretty much calm and accepting of it. Would totally recommend this place.

So tumawag ako to inform na I will be booking for pet boarding and Ang Sabi sa phone oo daw, may space, tinanong ko Kung kailangan ba ng appointment kasi Hindi man Lang sila nagtanong ng time or kahit anong details, Hindi daw. Pagdating ko dun fully booked pala, Ang baho pa, amoy na amoy sa labas na Yung space sa loob is unhygienic. Tapos Sabi pa nung nagbabantay na cage sharing daw eh hello puppy Yung dala namin tapos ung mga dogs dun Ang lalaki. Nasira lahat ng plans namin for the day. Never go for pet boarding here please, maawa kayo sa fur babies nyo
