Arrogant branch head(Yamaha 3s MEGAVIA) , was asking why my coupon isn't recognized, i ask why isnt my coupon recognized they said ecq period wasn't covered, i ask few 3s they have a memo of 60 days from ecq, after explaining they said \magkano ba change oil\ is that even necessary to ask that?

1. I went o Yamaha Pateros 9 am to get my Motorcycle running. which took 30 mins every time I went to the of the line to buy a new part instructed by the Mechanic. I had to fall in line instructed by the assigned mechanic that decided to go on lunch when he was in the middle of fixing my motorcycle at 11:30 and I was told to wait until he came back from his break. The mechanic who was assigned to me started playing a mobile game when he came back from his lunch before trying on the battery I had to buy outside of Yamaha because they ran out of stock. I had to wait in line to check if they had stock for the battery and when I got to the front of the line the Manager informed me they don't have the battery size. Waste of time 2. Its been 3 weeks and I had to call for me to find out that my parts were already there at the Branch. 3. Then the Mechanic Charged me 350 pesos to just have my oil changed! Seriously bro? Process - Inefficient and Broken Customer Service - Disgustingly poor and outright offensive Change the people and fix your processes please Yamaha Pateros Megavia

Yamaha Motorcycle Dealer in Pateros. Nice location. Friendly and courteous service staff. They have a Repair shop for yamaha motorbikes. Parking for motorcycles available.
