A ripoff. If I can rate it a -100, I would. Unreliable and will not return to finish the job. I have contacted this authorized Panasonic service center listed on the Panasonic website many times. Out of those times, they have visited me only 3 times. I had them check the A/C on August 2016. They were supposed to order a part for one of our aircon and I did say go ahead and order the part. No call back at all! So I called again after 2 months (October 2016). They finally answer the phone and said that they have to do a checkup again because they could not find my record. So I had to pay again for the checkup which they said can be deducted from the cost of the part to be replaced. I agreed. They never came back AGAIN. I keep calling them back and they keep telling me that they have no schedule (until now june 2017). Then they told me that I have to pay a checkup fee AGAIN because they could not find my record AGAIN. Awful company. Stay away from this authorized service center: Virex.
