sobrang bagal ng services niyo almost 2 hours na ko nag tatawag pero hanggang ngayon wala paring sumasagot!!!!!! pano nalang kung emergency hindi magamit ng mga customer nyo yung card niyo sa sobrang bagal niyo!!!!!!!!! kung saan saan na ko tumatawag, pag may nakakausap ako lagi akong tinatransfer like what the F!!!!! wala ba kayong mga agent ? o lahat walang ginagawa, mag riring tapos ilang segundo palang mag bubusy ring ulit tapos busy!!!!!! kakaasar lang diba ? sayang ung oras kakatawag sainyo imbes mapadali yung approval at mapa-approved din ung ibang mga health card ng mga ibang patient!!!!!! NO STAR DAPAT ! AYUSIN NYO UNG CUSTOMER SERVICE NIYO!!!!
