Poor service.. I've waited here for about 4 hours.. just to talk to them for about 10minutes... I didn't ate my lunch that time and I heard one guy complaining that he came all the way from cavite to pasig just to ask what happened to their internet connection.. their customer service was not a hotline but a coldline.. if you send an email to them .. you will received a reply from them after 1-2 weeks ... Poor service... And they were not well organized...

Dearest Sky, please improve your customer service process or prepare to lose customers en mass. Email replies should be within 72 hours at most and a hotline would be nice. San Juan office is closed, but there was no website advise mentioning so. We came from Taguig.

Stand up or stand in line. I contacted SkyCable by email to report that the cable box remote control, which is SkyCable property, was no longer able to change TV channels on my colour TV set. I was told to bring the defective box to SM Center SkyZone for replacement. I needed to take a taxi as the location is 10km from my home. When I got there, I was told to fall in line, which would have required a two to three hour wait. I refused. I insisted on switching the box right away, which was done. I got what was needed but the process was inconvenient and could have been much worse.

They dont have any hotline service if u call hotline there is no way u r going to talk to customer service and if u mail they will reply late after 1-2 day that also is a auto generated mail

No way to reach anyone by phone. Our service has been acting up from the day it was installed until now and never did Sky once addressed the problem. I'm tired of reporting issues repeatedly and then receive some lousy excuse that there was a problem in the area to begin with. Fix your damn service and make sure that there's actual customer service that would answer our calls.
