Poor management, poor quality of services. It's true, they will just drain dry your wallet until you discharge your patient out of their facility. Pasig City Government, the Dept. of Health and BIR should inspect and investigate this facility, if they have business license/permit to operate a psychiatric facility, if accredited by DOH, if their employees are well trained to deal with mentally challenged patients, etc. Those who gave them 5 stars could only be their TROLLS, to neutralize good numbers of negative reviews against them, obviously.

This is a mental health and rehab institution, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment if you feel something wrong. Mental health is just as important as physical health! I came here to recover from clinical depression and they helped me a lot. If you need help or you know a family member who is mentally ill don't ignore it, seek professional help

The Nurses and Nurse Aids are very unprofessional and rude. They treat patients poorly, especially foreign nationals. There is no patient/doctor confidentiality. Instead of improving while being treated there, I was worse. Poor management and leadership overall.
