Very unprofessional in terms of committed time. I agreed to book a massage at 1130, txted me back 1150 that therapist is on the way. Received txt message that therapist has arrived 1216 am i went out to look after 11 minutes but no therapist to be found. I then received a call that they were calling me before but i cant be reached. Just wow with the time I waited vs the time they have to wait for me to respond. I cursed them after this and I will never book again from this Spa. Yes its cheap but the massage is so so. I booked them before because they came in right after I contacted. I can tolerate being late on an appointment but can't tolerate people who can't reciprocate patience. See sms convo. Cursed words came from me later out of frustration. Not shown.
