Location may be a bit off but still accessible. The staff are very accommodating. They delivered our parcel ahead of time, though a bit more expensive than competitors.

I dont understand why a DHL cant deliver a on the same address that Lazada and Shoppee is delivering. You need to check your drivers behavior on this.

poor quality of service. parcel arrived over a month to be pickup by my grab driver! yes, i still have to have it picked up by a grab driver dahil hindi nakikicoordinate ang mga drivers nila sa una pa lang. 3 points loss for the slow operations, 1 loss for the drivers. one star dahil naawa na lang

This branch is unorganized and unresponsible! They keep their customers waiting in line then asking them to come back tomorrow because the packages cannot be found. This branch should be escalated to DHL foe their very poor service.

Dishonest Unobliging May, 2019 I was the only customer inside their office but I had to wait for about 20 minutes before I was attended to. They have a discount for Petron card holders advertised right at the counter. However, the lady who assisted me, Andrea, said she couldn’t accept it as she’s already given me a discount she didn’t mention to me during the transaction. She called it walk-in customer discount. True or not, she definitely gave me the impression that it wasn’t. That discount she mentioned was not found anywhere in the receipt. Before this, when she weighed the package, I made the attempt to look over to see how much it weighed but she took the package right away so I wasn’t able to see it. I then have to ask her twice how much it weighed. Talk about quality service. She may be having a bad day or she’s just not doing her job well. I think it’s the latter.
