We went to buy water on Monday. They said they won't be able to refill it then as they're working on other orders. I agreed to have my water delivered. Paid for my purchase and they said they'll deliver within the day. I called to follow-up at 4:30pm and they said to give them until 6pm. I waited until 7:30pm no delivery. I called their office several time until closing to follow up. No one was answering the phone from 4:30pm. Tuesday I called to follow up at 10am. They said to give them until after lunch around 2pm. I agreed. 2pm rolled by no delivery. Called and was told to wait until 4pm. 4pm rolled by still no water. Called again now the lady was being defensive and said to just wait. I asked for the phone number of the delivery person she claims they left their phones. She dismissed me without a resolution saying that she has another customer. I said I need the water delivered before 5. Around 450pm delivery truck arrives delivery guy hurriedly dumps my water containers at my door and raps on the door and leaves. No apology, nothing. It's like they left a stink bomb at my door. Now I wonder if my water is potable. I will probably boil this water before use. Never buying water from here again. Rude staff. Poor service.
