Great service, but they could not deliver next day, like other competitors. Imagine buying a TV, only to get it 4 days after. Takes the excitement off your new purchase. But the sales lady was still very helpful.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever come across. Bought a water cooler. Sent my driver with a copy of the receipt to pick it up and they refused to give him the goods. Even when I went to the store they refused even though I had all my valid ID and copy of the receipt, they insisted I have the original which I’d miss placed Will go back to buying online for my electrical goods...
