There were many issues during my visit. The slippers the staff offered were very dirty. The first pair had black stains so I asked for a different pair. It looked clean but obviously someone else had used it already because it was already oily. During the massage session, another staff member kept talking to the massuese assigned to me. I found this very unprofessional especially since the other staff member kept reaching in inside the curtain even though you have a client who is half-naked in there. I'm not sure who did it but one of your staff members left the curtain to my private area opened. I wish your staff would be more careful about this. The massage area was very noisy. Staff were talking a LOT. There were equipment obviously being dropped on the floor. The massage itself was nice but the whole experience was far from relaxing because I was always checking if the curtains were closed and the noise made it impossible to relax. I hope this establishment can work on these issues.

Amazing service. I just didn't like how all the Massage Specialists were outside the lobby being noisy. They should have their own place to stay during free time. The massage itself was amazing. I had been serviced by Loren and it was amazing, she got the pressure just right every single time. She made sure I was comfortable, and asked me when she changes the pressure. You can give a tip and they would hand it over to the Massage Specialist 100%. They also ask if you would like ginger tea or water after the massage. If you chose the first one you can stay at the lobby to finish it. Just wished no Massage Specialists were there lounging around. The relaxing ambience can be ruined by their noise. But all in all .

Nakakarelax yung amoy ng spa, parang gusto mo ng matulog agad. Maluwag yung higaan, may lagayan ng gamit, kumpleto yung facilities nila for a spa. The only problem na nakikita ko is e train pa ng mas maayos yung mga bagong staff sa pag massage medyo nakukulangan ako sa iba. May iba naman na magaling talaga at maayos ang gawa. May mga package promo din sila at madali lang hanapin kasi along the road lang yung location. Overall, nice experience.
