40 minutes to fall in line and another 20 minutes to wait for your order. They have to speed up their ordering, only one person handles taking order and at the same time as a cashier. To the management please hire more people or make vending machines that issues receipt and customer number.

good brand unavailability of some products and base flavor is now underwhelming. i loved it before, now i feel nthe bitterness of disappointment in waiting and lost money when i drink their milk tea. happy lemon is far better

One of the best milk tea stores I've tasted. No wonder queuing is long. It's worth lining up. Ordered two ladies milk tea, . Staff knows well their menu. Even though the lines were long, waiting for your order to be served was fast. They should maintain the taste even tho customers flock them. Tendency of some stores is that they can't keep up with the demand.

I super liked their 2 Ladies Milk Tea, just don't forget to tell them that you're gonna get it in 100% sweetness level. The only downside is how the line is super long & it took me 30-45minutes just falling in line to have my order taken. Also, since there are many customers, sometimes, the large size cup runs out and you have to settle to their regular sized cups.
